Pur Pilates instruction offers premier Pilates in Park City.  The studio is a beautiful "private studio" located in  a mountain setting.  We were one of the first Pilates studios in Park City.  Pilates is a great SAFE way to improve your endurance and flexibility so you can enjoy all the physical activities our town offers that much more. Its a great training tool for those who Ski, Run, Mountain Bike, Road Bike, Climb and those who are Pre & Post Surgery as well.  Pilates will strengthen and lengthen all you major muscle groups.  We all know Fitness in Park City is essential!

It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity.
